The last time I waxed "down there" I was 16 (now i'm 19) and it was too painful to ever go back. Just last night I got my first tattoo and the artist said something about numbing cream, which I refused, but another lady said hey that stuff works wonders when you use it before waxing. Is this true?? If so, what brand would you recommend?? and where to buy it?? I really like being complete nude there, so I'm desperate to find something that will numb the pain a little. Thanks!

Use Talc on Sensitive Skin areas. When waxing sensitive areas (specifically bikini, perineum, and anal regions) here's a good tip to make things less painful. After cleaning the area, and using an astringent to remove any residual oils from the hair/skin, use a light dusting of talcum powder on those tender areas to keep the wax from sticking too firmly to the skin. Apply the powder with a puff to make sure you avoid over-powdering.
