the majority of mother and baby spaces in a supermarket car park are taken up by people who dont need them ? I have 3 kids, my 2 eldest are capeable of walking across a busy car park so I never use the mother and baby space then, my youngest is not so that's why I need the space when I take her with me. I would NEVER park in a disabled bay. Are people just lazy ? Should we have elderly parking ? Should we have fat parking? Should we have parents with older children who are too lazy to walk parking?
The worse offenders are the elderly and the fat.. Please help!

thanks to everyone who called me a whining/moaner - I don't want to park near the shop, I just want more space to put the trolley next to my car rather than behind the boot where it's invariably near the road (as the front of the other car is to near if you reverse into the space) as I value my daughters life, and people think that car parks are racing tracks!! To those of you who reckon that 'your generation' survived without mother and baby spaces - obviously not seeing as 'your generation' seem to be the worst offenders for parking where you shouldn't!!

More often than not its because they are lazy and inconsiderate, just like the non disabled people that use disabled spaces.
My mother was disabled and when she spotted cars using disabled spaces that were not driven by disabled spaces she had stickers that said:
"You have my car parking space, would you like my disability too?"

best car park near me is a shopping centre with disabled bays they stick big bright stickers to shame car owners that havent a disabled sticker in their car but local tesco has mum and baby spaces and you are ment to join the baby club and have a display sticker but they dont care who parks where and if you did park in a space that you didnt need nothing would happen but to me its just manners and helping others out the mum and baby spaces normally give the car more room for getting kids out and prams sorted so i dont see why normal no kids people need them.

The selfishness of some people never ceases to amaze me. I've seen healthly women 2 spaces away from a trolley bay leave their trolley in the parking space next to it (next to the trolley bay!).

No, it's because people prefer to park closer to the shop, where people are around, and where their car is in view so that no-one can try and brake into it. If you park your car at the back of the car park where it's out of main view, especially at night time, it's an obvious target for thieves and ram-raiders.

Out of the 4 options i could could desire to assert 4 purely as a results of fact a difference between purely denying you're pleasing vs constantly complaining in regards to the kind you seem. that would get nerve-racking. It does not situation me if human beings think of they're warm(regardless of if I do or no longer)

My generation survived without mother & baby spaces so will yours.
And I always park way in the back so find someone else to kick.

No, but we should have spaces for couples with off-roaders that THEY CAN'T PARK IN NORMAL SPACES BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO FLIPPIN BIG AND THEY ARE JUST PIG IGNORANT AND I HATE THEM. Phew....glad I got that off my chest. I don't know what it's like to park in the parent and child spaces because I NEVER GET THE PIGGING CHANCE!!!!
I'll be okay. Few deep breaths.

I have never heard of mother/baby parking. I think you are just a whiner. I mean really. My daughter uses leg braces to walk and has a much harder time then most people getting around she is now 18 years old and has never wanted to park in those spaces she has always always always told me to leave them for the people who have a hard time getting around.. you need to get over it . Really!!
