It really depends on your metabolism. The general rule of thumb is 1 month. However, I have a very high metabolism, and one time I was completely clean, then smoked and had a drug test one week later, and it was negative. Are you very thin? Are you active? Do you drink a lot of water? These things all help. Good luck!

if a small amount was consumed ...two weeks till clean with a flushing of water, cranberry juices and possibly goldenseal. think ahead next time
