because on google they give u facts
and most of the questions are based on opions
and when u ask it here you get a lot of answer from real people and it's easier to understand

With Google you need to use specific search terms & sometimes the more terms you use, the less useful the results seem to be. On Yahoo you are getting personal information, tailored to answer your question (if you are lucky)

I've wondered the same thing. Perhaps they just don't possess adequate research skills.
I'm referring to those questions that CAN be researched easily. Obviously some questions require opinions, would necessitate wading through TONS of search results, or other valid reasons.

I wonder that myself sometimes... especially when people answer referring to websites, which the asker could have just done themselves in the first place! I suppose though, this site is good for getting personal opinions.

Because it's quick and easy. You just type in your questions and the answers come to you (as opposed to you looking all over the internet for answers). Plus it's kind of fun! Don't ya' think?

Most of the time, they search for agreement, a majority on there on opions and feelings. They search there place in society and they search to defend there positions.
