I usually duck these kinds of questions but found yours interesting for the answers it engendered. You asked which party was the more negative. The most negative answers you got were those putting down the Republican Party. The most positive answers you got were those claiming the Republican Party has a more positive outlook on things. Most of these answers avoided stating that the Democratic Party was negative.
Based upon these results I think you have a clear answer.

I think the Republican party is paranoid and the Democratic party is naive. Negative - I guess it depends on what they're addressing. Both seem pretty darned negative at this point.
I prefer the Libertarian ideals - not necessarily the party - which believes in smaller government. The premise is that people can pretty much take care of themselves and neighbors/communities should be encouraged to help one another when needed. The government is there for huge catastrophies and to keep the country safe internationally speaking but other than that the people take responsibility for themselves.

Good question here. I'm uncertain anymore. I am beginning to feel it's a run for the money. Which party can win the most money and screw the tax payers the best. I think the best bet is to watch the war and figure it out from there--especially if the troops who get deployed over there pay cuts.Go figure. It's all about the mighty buck on capital hill--once again--who's got the money--has the power.

I would have to say the Democrats. I think they embrace socialism and want everyone to depend on the government to help them out. I think they are underestimating the threat from Islmo-Fascists and they do not see the whole picture. I find it ironic they are pretty much taking the Isolationist view that had our Pacific fleet almost destroyed at Pearl Harbor.

I think that neither party is really all that good, but if I had to choose I would say the Republican party is the most damaging. The decisions made are always with the best interest of the minority in this country that is wealthy, while the needs of the common citizens are constantly overlooked.
The best idea would be to kill both of these parties and vote for people, not parties. All this party affiliation is nonsense and is doing nothing to benefit Americans, it is only dividing us further.

I’m not sure how they're divisive whilst their message has been very clean from the start, it is way less government, extra guy or woman freedom. Say what you desire in regards to the folk interior the Tea occasion, yet what approximately that message is divisive?

The GOP are scared out of their minds about everything, that's why they have the reactionary attitudes. God's gonna only take ' good ' people, everyone hates us so we have to be super prepared for any possible thing, there are terrorists everywhere, even when your good allies don't have em but The GOP thinks they do.

hard to say...
Democrats think the world is going to end because of everyone's stupidity but theirs, and Republicans don't care that the world will end so long as they're getting fat in the meantime. Libertarians think that they can make the world all puppies and rainbows so that's how I vote. Well, actually, they allow me the freedom to make my own world all puppies and rainbows if I want to. I prefer strippers and liquor. But if my flamer neighbor wants puppies and rainbows, by God he gets puppies and rainbows.

If by "negative" you mean realistic, then the Republicans do. And I'm thankful they are that way.
