i have a big crush on my best friend, who i've known for 2 years now. We tell eachother everything, theres nothing we hide.. at least i thought so. I told one of my friends shauna, that i liked him and she said she liked him aswell and he knew about it, we both agreed to do nothing untill the other knew aobut it because we dont want to make him choose between us, i finally work up the courage to tell him online that i really like him ALOTTT! just moments after that he replys " are you kidding me! your telling me this now" im sorry because stuff already happened with me and shauna.. they kissed! long story short, we are still good friends but we dont hangout as much at all and he feels bad for it.. everytime i turn around he has plans with shauna or has to much hmwrk, what should i do? should i continue to go after him? hold a grudge against shauna? hold a grudge against him? give up? not be friends with either of them? its like shes replacing me .. HELLPP!

When you became friends with him did you put up a condition for him to love you...i guess not... so you should expect anything but friendship from him. But since you arein love with him it would do you good if you let him know how you feel so that your communication with him will be open and not mixed with jeolousy or frustration..never hold grudge against anyone ... in the end you will get hurt ...with your BP high and a major head ache + the heart ache.
So tell him how you feel and also tell your friend too... just to clear the air and avoid tension and confusion of mixed reaction.

aww girl i feel for you i am in this situation right now. and dont be mad at him he didnt make a promise not to do anything she did. she was wrong and thats stupid because when they break up shell want to come to you and its like she should care about her girl friends before boys and thats a fact girls last longer than boyfriends and she should have never went behind your back that was wrong dont hold a grudge but dont let her just come running back to you when its convenient for her. you know and maybe start looking out for other guys maybe someone who has a huge crush on you is too afraid becuase they think that you like this other guy. so just keep the playing feild open and good luck have a great day

grudges only hurt the person holding them...be friends with both. you are young and your friends are young, who knows how long their love life will last maybe not long at all but friendships can last a life time. not that love cant or wont but for sure you can be always be friends. sounds like no one tried to hurt you intentionally so be patient and be friends

Don't hold a grudge and don't pursue him. he made his decision to date Shauna,now you owe it to them to give them a chance to be a couple. The best thing you can do for yourself would be to find a guy who wants to be with you and only you.Good Luck.

For goodness sake don't give up a friendship. This could be a passing fancy. No one as young as you should be into a serious one on one relationship anyway. Friendship is far more important.

I'm sorry for your loss but you should move on. He already chose who he wants, if only you told him sooner:( Continue to be his and her friend, is it worth giving up your friendship?
