Wireless connections- Hotel setting?

Question

need to connect main computer (with current wireless router ) to front office 300 ft away- signal low at 25 ft
will booster work? can wireless boosters link to extend signal?should i run ethternet cable to 250ft and add a router?

You can get wireless directional antenna, but I think a wired connection will be much cheaper and work much better.
