What can cause this condition?I`ve almost checked every thing.A friend said it is the intake gasket. could he be right?

Could be the gasket, or if the air filter compartment is getting too much air, and could also be that the timing is off. Check the timing if all else fails with a timing light, you may have to turn the timing back on the distrubitor.

A bad intake gasket would make it run too lean. A bad O2 sensor can make it run rich. Or the fuel pressure regulator. You might also check the plugs to see if all cylinders are rich or just one.

Fuel pressure regulator, get it checked.
