When a mobile phone number is for example "07701234567", when the region code is in it which in my case it would be "44" would it be "447701234567" so basicly I miss off the first "0"?

The phone number is hypothetical... just to let you know...

Yep. basically drop the first zero & add the international code for the relevant country either +44 or 0044 (both versions work) for UK

44 is the international code for UK
if u want to dial this no. from abroad enter
00447701234567

yes you are correct,just add 44 if your in the UK and remove the 0.

it is actually +44. and yes you are correct you do drop the 0. if you use roaming you have to do this to call the uk

If you had to dial from that USA (for example, or any country except the UK) you'd dial +447701234567 or 00447701234567...
