When i pms, i hate everyone even my mother. So dont get caught up about it. Some girls need a LOT of space when they are in that week, but others just want comfort. Its sounds like ur girl likes her pms space becuase any little thing can really tick them off. I think that maybe she isnt intimate becuase she knows little things like that make her pms angry and she doesnt want to hurt you in any way she will regret.

You can find more information from the source. My advice is to leave her alone, don't respond to her hateful comments, and let the comments just roll off your back. Realize during this time she is more emotional and more easily aggrivated so take what she says with a grain of salt and don't be so touchy yourself.
"What causes PMS?
The causes of PMS are not clear. It is linked to the changing hormones during the menstrual cycle. Some women may be affected more than others by changing hormone levels during the menstrual cycle. Stress and emotional problems do not seem to cause PMS, but they may make it worse.
Diagnosis of PMS is usually based on your symptoms, when they occur, and how much they affect your life.
What are the symptoms of PMS?
PMS often includes both physical and emotional symptoms. Common symptoms are:
acne
breast swelling and tenderness
feeling tired
having trouble sleeping
upset stomach, bloating, constipation, or diarrhea
headache or backache
appetite changes or food cravings
joint or muscle pain
trouble concentrating or remembering
tension, irritability, mood swings, or crying spells
anxiety or depression
Symptoms vary from one woman to another. If you think you have PMS, keep track of your symptoms for a few months. You can use a calendar to write down the symptoms you have each day. Also note how bad the symptoms are. If you go to the doctor for your PMS, take this record with you.
How common is PMS?
Estimates of the percentage of women affected by PMS vary widely. According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), at least 85 percent of menstruating women have at least one PMS symptom as part of their monthly cycle. Most of these women have symptoms that are fairly mild and do not need treatment. Some women (about three to eight percent of menstruating women) have a more severe form of PMS, called Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD). See the question, "What is Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD)?" below for more information.
PMS occurs more often in women who:
are between their late 20s and early 40s
have at least one child
have a family history of depression
have a past medical history of either postpartum depression or a mood disorder "

For me I'm the same during that time. What ever discomfort I feel I don't take it out on other people. But some women due feel as if it changes them. And studies have shown they might be right. Just try and stay calm when she act really out of control you have to say something about it. Maybe she doesn't realize it is that bad.

the only thing you can do is wait but you could possible tell her some ways that help deal with pms are going out with friends, going to the movies, exercising, swimming, resting, getting something special done to yourself like; massage, manicure...etc, and another thing is avoiding stressful things. I hope this helps! Good luck!

Usually PMS is not that dramatic. Yes, some women are overly emotional, but not like THAT. I imagine she's playing up th ewhole PMS thing.

I don't know why it does that to us...I told myself so many times, it's all in your head, stop...I get upset easily, want to cry, do cry, get really angry...sometimes it's a day or two, sometimes a whole week.
It's sweet of you to have changed some things - my bf did the same, and I love him all the more for it!

well when you have your period your hormones go all over the place. when i get my period my boyfriend can say i love you and i start to cry or i see a puppy and cry. so you could give her space when she is on pms and dont take it personal just relax.
