I have the option to get a TV Tuner for my PC, but I would have to loose the TV to do it. Is it worth it?

I am planning to use the TV Tuner, besides watching regular TV, is to use it to play Xbox 360 on my monitor, and the quality would greatly improve. My monitor is 19 inches LCD. My videocard setup (if that matters) is dual nVidia 7600s, and I do have available PCI slots. What really could bother me would be to watch TV. I usually tend to watch TV when I wait for something to be done on the computer, like compiling or rendering, anyone had similar experiences? So, what would be better?

i had the same issue until i went to the store and bought a cheap $5 coax cable splitter that runs a cable to both my tv and computer and now not a problem.

It is worth it depending on the TV tuner you get. I got one with remote control, A/V, even works for digital channels. I guess it will depend on your RAM memory to watch TV while rendering for example, because you might not be able to watch the TV properly.
