Okay I am ready to have this baby! Does anyone know ways to make yourself go into labor or break your own water bag? without hurting the baby of course!! Im serious

There are some things in this link you can do at home, but please only try them if you're 40 weeks. If that baby isn't ready to come out yet, don't force it without doctor approval.

Oh gracious!! Please don't break your own water...that just reaks of infection to me! However to try to induce labor: sex, walking, the usual stuff everyone has already suggested. ;) Good luck!!

Walk, Walk, Walk or sex also nipple stimulation is suppose to work.
