there is this boy i like, and everyone tol me he likes me to,but when we are talking he is always talking about other girls and how he needs a girlfriend and he makes it seem like he doesnt like me....how can i tell if he does?

It's a guess but I believe the guy is talking about other girls and needing a girlfriend to get your attention. You could see it as him trying to get you as his girlfriend in a indirect way. So don't take it too hard when he's talking about other women. (However I think hhe's doing a bad job to get you especially when he's talking about other girls. No offense to him of course.)
Maybe he wants you to make a move. It won't hurt to ask him if he likes you. If he says yes, great! Now you can go on and tell how you feel. If he says no, well don't worry about it! It won't be the end of the world.There alot more guys out there that are probably much better for you than that guy.

You can't tell without asking. In a fun, not so serious way, just ask him if he's hinting around about a girlfriend to you because he likes you. Giggle and wait for an answer. You'll get an answer. Just be ready for whatever it may be.

Be more assertive. I'm not saying jump in his lap or anything but definately make a move. That may be what he has been waiting for.

tell him how you feel. then ask him if he feels the same. don't always wait for the guy to make the first move.

you should just ask him straight out and if he gives you an answer or doesnt say anything he doesnt like you.
