Jumbo cocktail shrimp - steamed with lots of Old Bay seasoning! Of course you dip them in Ketchup mixed with Horseradish, but if there's enough Old Bay on 'em, they're fine as-is.

I'm from Baltimore! Blue crabs, hard shell & soft shell. Oysters, lobster, large shrimp, clams. And I love sushi(see name). I love all sushi except uni. Sorry, I can't choose!!!!!!!!
