Megabyte (1,000,000 bytes) or mebibyte the preferred symbols are MB and MiB, respectively. But normally, the MB symbol is used.

Kilobyte (kB), equal to 1,000 bytes.
Kilobit (kb), equal to 1,000 bits

so 1MB = 1,000 kb

So 100 MB = 100,000 kb
