Go east.....the further east you go, the cheaper it is.

Better jobs ? weather ? social climate ?
Or just more affordable ? Lots of more affordables out there but there is always a trade off . . . like lower paying jobs (which is why it is more affordable).

southern oregon, and the seasons are the same as Napa valley and plus a lil snow in the winter obviously.
