Why not try dieting on your own.I lost 2 stone by cutting down my food intake & no drinking.Lost the weight about 8 month ago &
have stuck to eating plenty of fruit & veg I also eat a bit of chocolate.If you eat in moderation once your medabalism kicks in the pounds soon fall off.I also walk thats thanks to my dog 5 to 7 times a day.Good Luck

Naughty Naughty Limewire isnt very legal and is infested with viruses, Adware,Spyware,Malware etc all VERY Bad. DONT USE LIMEWIRE
