When will there be ups after what seems like there's been so many downs? Is it out of our control or can we make things more up than down?

it seems that when everything is going downhill something good comes out of it. something you wouldnt change for the world

well you have to take control of your own life as for the up's just keep working hard and karma will do it's thing
