It is harmful you can get the shakes from withdrawal it is a dangerous drug but does have health benefits for people with arthritis etc for it does relax the body it messes up your short term memory it also brings in paranoia
Those who tell you its ok for long time use or a quick toke are screwing with your head stay away from it and other drugs for you are the only loser if you get on that scene you hurt those around you and if you have a bad reaction you will suffer
No drug is worth your life doyou have dreams of the future if you do concentrate on them and ignore peer pressure

It's not bad for you physically. What is bad is that if you smoke it, you most likely wont want to go jogging or go to school, but I used to smoke and play basketball everyday for years and I never had any problems, it kind of stunts your motivation though. The biggest problem is my memory though, I can't remember anything, its not dangerous, it's just not positiive and constructive if you are trying to have a successful career or do well in school. Eventually most people quit, i have not smoked in 3 years and I don't even like to take a puff, it's too strong now. but I wasted a lot of time being high and sober is much better
