Fork - because you can't eat soup with a fork.

My first answer would be a spork because its a spoon and fork combined...nothing can beat that...but since its not on there, I'd say a spoon.
Because if it was a really big spoon, you could whack someone over the head with it and be reassured that you wouldn't be convicted of murder. IF you did that with a knife however...

spoo. Its round and can get almost anything even water. Forks cant pick up water.
