any advice on learning to pole dance?

its something ive wanted to learn for a while to keep fit and to entertain the old man. i live in the south west (somerset). i dont know any one who can teach or where to start

Pole dancing, taught by a qualified instructor and in a safe environment is awesome exercise! I go for 2 hours every week and I always leave totally exhausted and sweaty. It boosts self esteem and increases strength and flexibility. I HIGHLY recommend trying it! A good class will NOT make you feel like a cheap whore, though. You should feel good about it, or else you won't stick with it. Best of luck finding a place... my studio started out teaching yoga and pilates, then "branched out" into pole and sensual fitness.

Go to a strip club and hang out once or twice. The strippers love the ladies and are very friendly towards them. They're not all bad or crack heads or whatever youmay have heard and I'm sure you could find a nice enough one who would be more than willing to show you a few tricks before opening. Seriously.

First buy a pole, then practice. You can go to classes if you want. Pole are pretty easy to get hold of though you do need to ensure you can secure them properly. Good luck, looks like a fun job to me, if I wasn't too old I'd definitely give it a go myself.

some gyms have classes for it yet they do have a video for it-verify out ur gyms n cyber web web pages. u can attempt to bypass to a club n watch n ask between the ladies to coach u if u like the way they do it-dont bypass to a bad one tho. good success
