yes, you have to go to plaza de toros, not too far from the beach, behind the santa barbara's caslte, pay a ticket en enter to see a corrida (bullfighting). enjoy if you like it

Yes there is some- it's at the bullring.
No, there shouldn't be- it's utterly barbaric.
