After years of going through this, there really is a limit to what you can do....I gave in a year ago and have been having solar/acrylic nails done and re-touched every 5 weeks, its only $30 a time and look wonderful. I suggest getting "pink and white". If you do decide to get ot done, don't be fooled into paying loads of money for them, theres plenty of cheaper salons that do them and are just as good, the salon just isn't as glam.

I have found that taking a good multivitamin can help with that problem. Also, try a nail polish by Sally Hansen that you can use that helps prevent your nails from cracking.

Nails left on their own are prone to breakage. Which means, taking proper care i.e. eating healthy foods, applying nail cream etc. wont let this happen

get flax seed oil. its all natural, and itll help your hair and skin and nails, trust me my mom has to take it and her nails have gotten so much stronger
