Nightcrawler, Ironman, and Ghost Rider vs.Deadpool, Blade, and Captin America vs. Black Panther, Spiderman, and Silver Surfer

These teams are very unbalanced.
In Nightcrawler, Ironman, Ghost Rider vs Deadpool, Blade and Captain America; Iron Man is the heavyeight and would ensure his team was victorious. Cap and Nightcrawler would keep each other busy for a little while, as would Ghost Rider and Blade. Iron man would end Deadpool in a little less than a minute and then reinforce either of the other heros, ensuring that whomever was on his team beat thier immediate opponent. Then it would be a 3 on one and whomever was last in the Deadpool Blade Captain America team would fight valiantly, and then die.
In the scenario of Nightcrawler , Iron Man and Ghost Rider vs Black Panther, Spider-Man and Silver Surfer, the Surfer is the heavyweight. The power cosmic is too much for Iron man and his buddies to deal with. Spiderman and Nightcrawler would stand WAY back and spectate or just leave and get an early lunch. Silver Surfer vs Iron-Man , Nightcrawler and Ghost Rider would just be a joke. Silver Surfer would completely and utterly destroy them without even recieving a scratch.
The same would be true of the Spiderman, Silver Surfer Black Panther team vs Deadpool Blade and Captain America, Silver Surfer weilds power on a scale that they could never ever hop to compare with.
The teams you set up are kind of unbalanced. If there was to be a 3 team "battle Royal" Silver Surfers team would of course still win, because if you put silver surfer against all 8 of the other heros you mentioned, he'd destroy them in less time than it takes Spidey to spin a web.

Unfortunately, none of them would have a chance against the Silver Surfer. Iron Man is the most powerful of the rest, but he pales in comparison. At lease Black Panther and Spider-Man would survive, since they would be on the winning side.
Only chance any of the would have would be if one of them picked up the Ultimate Nulifier. The wielder would be nulified too, but the SS would bite the dust.

Silver Surfer is the most powerful, he could wipe out all the other teams by himself, and with spiderman by his side, he has also the brains on how to do it

NOBODY ELSE IS EVEN IN THE SAME LEAGUE AS THE SILVER SURFER AND HIS POWER COSMIC. YOU WOULD HAVE TO EVEN OUT THE OTHER TWO TEAMS WITH EITHER JEAN GREY, THOR ,OR MAYBE EVEN TH HULK. FOR CRYING OUT LOUD HE WAS A HERALD TO GALACTUS.
