You people are all uninformed. If you knew the truth you would be concerned that your president and his admin. have lied to you about everything having to do with Iraq.
Tell me something folks ,If you became aware that Bush was hiding the actual numbers of US deaths in Iraq would you do anything about it. If I told you that the figure of 3000 dead US soldiers was not even close to reality. Folks here are some numbers that have been put together by Epidemiologists from John's Hopkins University. An Epidemiologist uses Scientific Method to calculate their numbers. Here are some factual numbers that you can verify , if you give a damn, Lets start with the 2 Gulf Wars & the American use of Depleated Uranium 0n it's own troops..
Gulf War Deployment
580,000 deployed
11,000 are now Dead from DU
325,000 are permanently disabiled from DU poisening

Well I think that the troops shouldn't have been deployed, and I think that this was a huge mistake. Gigantic. It was of epic proportions, even. However, I'm against withdrawing them.
First above all, the troops withdrawing would become practise targets for the terrorists. It will be bloody, really bloody.
Secondly, Irak and possibly the Middle East will all go to hell (even more of a hell) if the troops are withdrawn. It won't solve any of there problems. Now I know that that shouldn't be America's problem, but unfourtunately, Bush made it America's problem.
There will be no more "solid" authority in Irak. The Irak government cannot deal with there own problems; they can't even secure there capitol. True, there will be a civil war, but whose fault is that? Heh, thank god it isn't Canada's!
PS: By America I mean the United States.

Agree. We have Always had Terrorists in this country. Always.Over the years, Websters and Oxtord have labeled them differently, but they are all terrorists. And yes, civil war or not, the Iraqis are from a very ancient culture. They fight their own their own way. No sense our troops continuing to be caught in the crossfire any longer! And for those who think differently, go fight in Iraq yourselves.

human beings say that because Gore really had the most votes, yet Bush had the most electoral votes. If the superb courtroom hadn't stopped the recounts, it is accessible that Gore might want to have taken Florida, and for this reason had better electoral votes. So technically, the superb courtroom stopped the recounts on the point at the same time as George Bush had Florida.

I agree that most of the troops need to come back to the states. Some should be there for aid and clean up bush's mess.
I agree it has turned into a civil war and they need to learn to stand on their own.
I agree that we have enough of our own problems that need to be addressed.
It's all about the oil anyways.
Starla: Unless you are deployed in Iraq, your statements are invalid.

I love the President
I'm more unhappy with all the DEFEATIST and surrender monkeys
Time was when America was at war the People showed support with Patriotism and real support for the troops and the office of the President not continually undermining the American troops and President with their hate
Now Patriotism depends on if a election is lost or won
Libs lost in 2000 and 2004 and hate America for their backing of losers

Phillies asked "who do you called those people who did 9/11?" Not very legible, but let me answer that....
WE CALL THEM AFGHANIs- Iraq had nothing to do with the attacks on the WTC and the Pentagon- read a newspaper once in a while.

I agree with you, there are 70% of us that agree with you, not many are very happy with the way the war was conducted and the resulting occupation. I think more and more people are becoming aware that this war was unnecessary and George W. Bush started it based on his lies, the same lies that he fed congress. To many good Americans have died as a result, many more Iraqi have died. The wounded are maimed for life. War should only be used as a last resort to a definite danger to the United States. It should never be for a personal vendetta.

I agree with you 100%, we are fighting because people elected a complete 8 year old bully for their President. They need to suit that boy up and send on the next flight out for Iraq and let him jump out of his parachute with his waving and screaming we're winning the war, we shall prevail so bring em on. We're staying the course.
