hi there,
if you look at the swing arm, you should see an odd looking adjuster with a pin which passes through the swing arm, these adjusters are known as eccentric adjusters(oval) and are well known to seize in the componant, when loosened you should be able to turn the adjuster and this will tighten/loosen the chain.
