from left to right it reads "start" (any programs I have running) and then the time and date.
Well it is USUALLY at the bottom. Don't ask me how but it somehow got itself to the top of the screen. Does anyone know how to change it back?

Click and drag it where you want it. Then right-click the taskbar and select, "Lock the Taskbar." This will keep it from moving again.

ok, late answer. Move your arrow to the bottom and when the tool bar (or task bar, both are the same) pops up, you RIGHT CLICK your mouse on an empty space of the tool bar. At this time you have 3 options.

1. While holding down the pointer on the empty space of the tool bar, LEFT CLICK your mouse, and you can move the tool bar to the sides or put it on top. Matter of preference of what you like.

2. Once you have the tool bar where you want it, again put the pointer on an empty space of the tool bar and RIGHT CLICK the mouse.

a. You can right or left click where it says "Lock the Taskbar"
Your toolbar will stay up.
b. You can right click or left click, "Properties." Then the window for the taskbar should be self explanatory.

All you want to do is drag it back to the bottom. Hover your mouse over the device bar, left click the mouse and carry, then drag it back to the bottom of the demonstrate screen. once you get it there, excellent click, and choose lock the pastime bar.
