Yes. There are two kinds of breastfeeding related birth control methods, but like any behavioural methods there are rules, which you haven't followed.

More info can be found here:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lactational_Amenorrhea_Method

Natural LAM is only effective if you exclusively breastfeed, on demand and offer no other nipples, pacifiers, etc AND your period hasn't returned.

Ecological breastfeeding has more rules, like napping every day, and is more effective.

However you don't follow the rules you take your chances. Take a pregnancy test.

Yes, especially if your periods have returned and your child is not exclusively nursing.

As soon as you get your period, sometimes before, you start ovulating again. You certainly have ovulated if you've had 4 periods. You should take a pregnancy test ASAP. A nursing baby takes 1200 calories a day from mom and a fetus takes another 500 calories. Most people only eat 1800 to 2000 calories a day. You defintely need to plan a diet to nourish both babies and yourself.

Yes, if you are having periods you are ovulating. If you are ovulating you can get pregnant.

Nursing can help delay ovulation but only if it is your child's only food source and you are nursing during the night. Best case scenerio is 6 months infertility, and you still don't count on it if you strongly want to avoid pregnancy.

you could - however it is somewhat not somewhat efficient. The caloric and nutritional call for on your body might want to astronomic! you're dishonest both toddler among the nutrition they favor because it is going to truly confusing to competently grant for both mutually. Get suggestion out of your time-honored practitioner, extraordinarily about what to devour in case you flow ahead. you'll favor the most intensely nutritional nutrition you'll search out, plus a minimum of 800 energy better an afternoon than you often favor (500 for breastfeeding and three hundred for the toddler).

Yeah, it's just an old myth that you cannot get pregnant while you are nursing. I have seen many of my friends get pregnant, again, while breastfeeding, because they didn't think they could, and weren't cautious. You probably need to take a test, and Good luck.
