The second. More drama, but they need to not make it into a Grey/McDreamy serial, or it will jump the shark.

The first. I actually liked this show and used to watch it regularly, but then it started getting too ridiculous...plots, all the cheating, etc.. I just got bored of it, and have not watched it since.
