i am 15 and i took an iq test and it said i had a 118. is that good, bad, or average? and the quiz had about 40 to 50 questions on it.

well, first of all, you can't trust those websites.
to find out your real iq you can be tested by a trained professional.
100 is generally considered average, so your results are a little above average.
good job, but don't count on their accuracy!
oh, and you have to have an iq of 150 or above to be in mensa.

118 IQ is above average. 85 to 115 is average. Some say 90 to 110 is average. However, remember, there is really no such thing as "intelligence". Intelligence is just a word we give to a number of attributes that are important to our society. There are multiple intelligences. Look up "multiple intelligences" on the internet.

I'm only 13 and i have the same IQ as you. You have an above average IQ. The average IQ is between 85 and 115.

Above average, average being defined as 100. But that's relative to people groups and so forth. I'd say that's a bit above average, but don't bother applying for MENSA. (I'm kidding, go ahead and apply, what the heck?)
