Any number of things:
1) The carpet matches the drapes (meaning she's a redhead down there as well)
2) She has gonorrea, siphilis, or another STD which causes a burning sensation
3) She's slutty -- there's so much action down there that the friction causes her crotch to catch fire.

Firecrotch means someone whos a red-head with red pubic hair. Brandon Davis called Lindsay Lohan a "Firecrotch" cause shes a red-head and has red pubic hair. He talked Bad about Lindsay saying her vagina was stinky and she had freckles popping out of her firecrotch etc.......
