Who is the ventriloquist on "Comedy Central" with the four dummies? Heard he was so funny!?

My brother who lives in another city said he is so good that you are only focusing on the dummies and for me to try to catch the program on Comedy Central in my area. I just need his name so I can check local TV listings. THANKS!
