Rule 1 of apostrophes:
Never use an apostrophe to make a plural.
Rule 2
Read Rule 1 again and make sure you understand it.

Singular nouns ending in the phonemes "s" or "z" take "es" to make the plural, otherwise add "s".

Pass - passes
Lens - lenses
Max - Maxes

if you're talking about two people named max (which i presume you are), then you would say:

the two Max's

so max, apostrophy, s.

ok, maybe i'm wrong, but i am PRETTY DARN SURE that i'm right.
