Did you change the text size? If so, go to Tools>>Text Size and change from there.
Or did you right click on your desktop and change the screen resolution? If so, go to desktop again, right click on a blank space, select Properties, select Settings and change your screen resolution.

I am not real sure what you may have done. However a system restore to a time you know it was working ok should fix the problem.
Start>all programs>accessories>system tools>System Restore. Now pick a date in bold that it was working right.
