First of all, have you tried using both a spray and a stick? (not at the same time, but i mean trying both methods, not just using stick, or just using spray). I have found that secret is really the best deoderant for me. If it gets to where you just sweat a whole lot and nothing seems to help, then try using an unscented men's deoderant. I know that it sounds weird, but theirs are stronger than women's. To make it smell better, you can add a scented spray deoderant for women on top of the men's unscented stick. It's worth the try! I hope this helps!

Armpit sweating or as its known as axillary sweating is another form of excessive sweating. It can be associated with palmar hyperhidrosis in about 40% of the cases or it can be presented on its own. The armpit area has two types of sweat glands, eccrine and apocrine glands. The eccrine glands will be affected by sympathectomy and not so for the apocrine glands. For those who suffer from only armpit sweating Superficial Liposuction is a surgical option with a higher success rate.

as long as you don't use antiperspirants you are cool with wet. Antiperspirants will clog your pores under your arms and the sweat will come out on your face and then you'll look like the backside of a nestles crunch bar.

Try Adidas Sport. I use it, and it seems to work really well. Try to find the solid kind, though, because gel deoderant really sucks.

Go to the doctor and ask for Hypercare it works great! I play sports and it will last me all day long and after you get use to using it you will not have to use it as much.
