i want to wear something nice of my 13th birthday party(jeans,a vest,a hoodie,a printed tee or henley or cami,and some nice sneakers)where can i find these of cheap?and should i wear that for my birthday?

if you're looking for something nice and new- try old navy. if you're looking for something retro or cheap, simply try the Goodwill store- they get stuff in daily and you can furnish a nice outfit for under $15

If you're a tomboy it's kinda nice to get something kinda girly for your 13th birthday especially because you're becoming a teenager. You can get the things you want, that have a girly touch, from Aeropostale. Instead of sneakers, try flats. For my thirteenth birthday, I wanted to stay kinda casual but cute. so i wore a screen tee with a metallic floral design on it with a denim skirt over leggings that had a lace trim on it and ballet flats. Everybody loved it! But the best part was being comfortable and cute!

First of all, I would wear a hoodie- it's a bit too casual for your birthday.
But, if you have a Forever 21 or Gadzooks near you, their stuff there is pretty reasonable. Some stores may still have a bit of leftover holiday clearance, so just check around.
P.S.- you said affordable? then please avoid abercrombie unless they're having a huge sale. unless, of course, you want to pay over $50 for a new pair of jeans.

I would go to Pacsun for the jeans or pants. You can also get pretty cheap shirts there too. If you want something more classey, you can go to Abercrombie & Fitch or Hollister. I would go to a store called Bailey' s or something like that if you want some good shoes. Go to Claires for accesories.

Aeropostle, its a tad expensive but they have good clothes. Target is somewhat expensive too but i always find something there.
