How is the weather mid February?

I live in PA so it is chilly this time of year.

Average high is 63 and average low is 41...dressing in layers is key. When you're in the sun in the middle of the day, it can get pretty warm but it chills off considerably in the shade and once the sun goes down. I wear a light jacket at night.

It depends on where you live. Southern Ohio, January and February are the coldest part of the year.

in Las Vegas its cold, but starting to get warmer in march. right now its 30degrees high 40 during the day! brrrr its cold for us used to 120 degrees in the summer!
