I am going to say No. You may be able to take parts of it online, if it is available, but there are just some things you can't learn online, such as taking blood pressures, temps,Range of Motion exercises ,among other things.
Call a local nursing home. Many will either pay for the training and class (which can be done in as little as 3 weeks) or offer the class right in the home.
I was hired at a nursing home just as an aid (made beds, gave water, took people to the bathroom) and after 2 weeks of that, I was placed in the nurse aide class in the home I worked at.I got paid to attend the class. It was an 8 hour a day, 3 week course. And they even did the Nurse assistant testing there, too.
You can also call the state nursing exam board and they can tell you where you can get the training and testing if a home in your area doesn't have it available.

Good Luck!

If you are disciplined enough to do it on your own then yes. However, you will probably still need to do some sort of "interning" before you can actually get your license.
