mine was when my son's dad and i split, I wanted to move back home (3 hours away).... My ex was upset because I would take my son, but I was miserable. The only reason why I was in this town was because that was where he worked, then when we split, there was nothing left. I hated my job and had no friends. A lady at work heard me arguing one day and she came up to me and said "if mama aint happy, nobody's happy". I never moved, but the advice is so true!

My youngest daughter asked me for £2000 pounds to go on holiday when she was 24 and in full time employment . I said no Go out and earn it. A man who chops wood for a fire is warmed twice. I am not mean but I had to earn my money by graft and expect others to do so as well ,That way they learn the value of money. I also told her if she could produce by working extra hours £500 pounds in 4 weeks I would give her £1500. I am not at liberty to tell you what she said but since that date we not spoken to each other in 5 years. I hope one day she learns before I leave this mortal coil. As it stands at present she is out of my will and all my money and business will go to my eldest daughter. Her foolishness has cost her half of her inheritance
