I'm looking for a list of teas and their health benefits. For example, peppermint tea for digestion, green tea for its various antioxidant properties, chamomile for relaxing and sleeping, etc.

I don't have a list as such but only know of a natural liquid supplement that has all the vitamins and minerals in it including aloe vera and green tea. This site will explain better if interested in checking it out http://www.raymonde.72hours2success.com
