He's the best Dad in the world. He doesn't smoke or drink, ever. She on the other hand does. She has a male friend who calls her 10 to 15 times a day, sometimes when she's spending time with her family. He is now doubtful of her, she says that she has never cheated and has stopped talking to her male friend due to her husbands request and to save her marriage. I want to give him support but I don't know what to tell him. Help!!

Well you wrote she may have, not that she did. The fact that she has stopped talking to her male friend for her marriage is a positive sign. So tell him that, and tell him that his wife needs to stop smoking and drinking...

It would probably be a good idea if you let them sort out their own marriage... btw, him talking to you about it is no better than her having a male friend to talk to outside the marriage.
Either way it is likely to come back and bite you in the *** if you get involved in their private life.

None, just be there for him when he needs someone to talk to. Just be his friend. The one mistake that most people make is trying to give advice to someone they know nothing about or to try and help the person by telling him what to do. I'm sorry but all you are going to do is hurt yourself in the long run. Just stay out of it and just let your friend know that you will always be there for him whenever he needs to talk. JUST TALK!

The best help you can give to your friend is to go to counselor and try to save the marriage for the children sake.

It sounds like maybe you want her man. If that is not the case you should stay out of it. You will be the one hurt if you tell. As far as your friend she is making her own bed let her lye in it.

you need to stay out of it, it sounds like they are dealing with the problem. Also sounds like you have feelings for the husband, and are looking for a way to break them up.

If he really believes she never cheated on him, he should not ask her to stop talking to her friend, but instead try to become friends with him, too. How would you feel, if his wife would ask him to stop talking to you???

Don't get in the middle of your friend and her husband, you'll regret it when it turns around and bites you in the a**... and trust me it will!
