I just moved to Las Vegas fro the Bay Area.
I have had a drivers license for over 20 years but let it expire while I was in Europe.
Now they keep failing me for trivial reasons .
Do they tag you for any reason and decide not to give you a license at all?
What can we do about it?

I was living in a somewhat small town when I got my drivers license and there were only a few drivers license testers.

There was an older guy who was cool, and there was a woman who was ornery and bitter who usually gave the driving test.
the woman failed me 2 times.
The third time I went back she passed me. she told me she had back problems and had finally went to a chriopracter and felt so much better.
From then on anyone I knew who had her for the test said she was ok. and passed most people.

Ya never know what the reasons are.

Depends on your definition of trivial.....

Is trivial failing all the questions on your written test?

Is trivial running over pedestrians during your driving test? Did you leave your hazard lights while driving? Did you hit a car while parallel parking?

It's based on a points system. If you miss a certain amount of points......you fail. Plain and simple.

Study study study.

It's not because your from Europe, your just either failing the written or drivers test. Don't they drive on the wrong side on the street in Europe. You probably need to get use to America driving laws and drive on the right side of the road.
