You can find inexpensive designer clothes at outlet stores and consignment shops.

This may sound tacky, but it really isn`t. try ur local Goodwill store or Thrift shop. You would be surprised at the gently worn, really nice clothes they get in. I regularly scout these stores looking for antique knick-knacks and often look thru some of the clothing items that catch my eye, I`ve seen some really nice gown and dresses, some with expensive labels that sell dirt cheap. Take a look, chances r zilch that someone else will be wearing the same dress at ur dance ! Have a great time.

Check out your local Goodwill store or consignment shop. Lots of times you can find designer dresses there that have only been worn once.Like you said yourself, you will only wear it once. Nobody need ever know where you got it and you never know; you may end up with the prettiest, most expensive looking dress at the dance!

Is this for the prom? Then you won't find one for under $50, but if it is for a different kind of dane, like a semi-formal, you can 1) wear it more than once, and 2) find it at JCPenney, Sears, or Fashion Bug.

You might ask your mum to have a look and see if she can spot something that might be appropriate to wear to to the dance and yet
be able to wear on other occasions.There might be a compromise solution.Ask her to have a look.

try your local consignment shop..my girl got a designers dress for half the price she would have paid for in stores.
