Platinum has a higher Young modulus than titanium, which means it stretches less under a load than titanium, (and gold has a lower Young modulus still). If this is your definition of "stronger", then platinum is the stronger of those 3 metals.
Mind you, platinum is a lot heavier than titanium, so despite a sample of dimension X of platinum being stronger than a similarly sized sample of titanium, if you have a cable of equal weight made of titanium and platinum, the titanium will be much larger, and, in the end, stronger.
And if you factor in the cost, well...

Titanium is a natural element which has a silver-greyish-white color. Titanium is the hardest natural metal in the world. It is very strong, three times the strength of steel and much stronger than gold, silver and platinum and yet is very light weight. That's why you see it used in a lot of jewelry.

I would think Titanium. It's what Shaq's bicycle is made of. Malability doesn't equal strength. Gold is the most malable of the 3, i believe.
