First two answers are correct in that when you gain fat it tends to gather in the area of the base of your penis, but it doesn't shrink, it just makes the penis look smaller due to the fact that the penis is covered by this fat. If you lose weight and fat then the penis will able to show it's real length.

Getting fat does not make your penis smaller. As a guy who used to be fat but has lost over 17kg I should know. I have a just above average size penis but when you get fatter it builds up around the base of your penis so the useable lenght of it is less. I t also loose smaller because your stomach hangs over it.

well, i dont think it is true as in the fact that it actually shrinks!! but if you have more fat on your belly, your penis is less obvious(especially if your belly covers or touches the base of the penis- just as a lot of pubic hair makes it look like your penis is shorter).... also, more fat leads to hypertension (high blood pressure d/t atherosclerosis) and this can cause a more limp erection (and thus a shorter penis when semi-erect)... hope that helps ya....

nope..and I am fat..its the pubic mound that gets fat and makes your penis look smaller..but if you lying down on your back ..your penis will be normal size..I have heard for every 35 pounds you gain ..you lose an inch ..which is b.s. you see I have a 6.inch ..and I am around 380 and stand 5'10"..that means at my idea weight I would have at least a 13 incher which is total b.s. if I got down to my height to weight I would be looking at 7-7.5 inches. being fat makes it seam smaller but its not..

It is mostly a problem with fat making it look smaller, but overweight people can also start having hormonal problems such as reduced testosterone and this will reduce erection frequency and quality. So you'll have a hidden, softer tool.

yes it's true, because all the fats shrinks the muscles of the penis.(especially that fats from your thigh and your tummy). are you fat then?

when you lose weight you penis will look more large and more noticeable. An ex of mine only lost 50 bounds and he grew or seemed he did almost 3 inches.

It's not a rumor. It's true.
The more fat you have on your belly, the more it will seem to disappear.
I know two people this happened to.
