Hey.....I have a quick question about my sims 2 pets PC game. Ummm the sound stopped working, like the part to start the game workes but after that there is no sound at all. The game works perfectly fine. But i really would like my sound back. PS. I checked my speakers and its not my computer =]

Try looking into the options under music and see if anything is turned off. If that doesn't work go to thesims2.com and you can post a bulletin asking for more help or contact EA support and they will give you a lot of different reasons. They have a good support team.

.. uhm go to www.sim2.com and then go to the tabs and theres one for help; and you can get a sims2 patch,pick the right one and then download it; you probably have some missing files; also. try this cheat code,if you havent yet, its GREAT boolprop testingcheatsenabled true, and right click the mail box; for example adn you can make your sims health all go up and if you look closely and do it to the sims you can make a male pregnant,i know i sound like a freak but i guess after a while i get bored so i do that stuff,lol hope i could help.

Ugh i had the same problem! what happens is one of the sound files probably messed up, just UN-install, and re-install.. this may be painful if you have a lot of good game stuff going on, but its the only way!

Happened to my sister as well. Just try pushing the red white and yellow wires in properly and if not try going to the menu a couple of times. It is annoying like

did u check under the options in the game
u might just have the animal noises down

ring the sims hotline help on the box ask them they should be able to help
