I have this amazing friend that was there for the ups and downs, and i would like to do something great on her birthday that would surprise her or just make her have a memorable birthday, plz if you have any ideas let me know ;) thanks..

throw her a surprise party with all of your guys' closest friends. i did that one year for my best friend and she loved it. she thought everyone had forgotten about her birthday when in reality we did have something planned for her.
or ask her what she wants to do. she may already have plans so you may wanna double check first.... GOOD LUCK

Collect photos of the two of you during the span of your friendship and create a collage. My little sister did the same for her best friend a few months ago and it was really cute. Let your creativity flow!

Take her out on the town with some of your (including hers) closet friends! (Or you could do this just with her!) Treat her to lunch, see a great show/movie, and maybe go shopping!
Or you two could go to the spa together. Relaxtion is the best. ;)

I think you should throw her a huge b-day party.And make sure you get her a really cool gift. Think of things she likes and anyways if she's your best friend she will appreciate anything you give her.:)
