Maybe that's something you can work towards. First you have to take a look at yourself and see if you like what you see. I'm sure there are good things and bad things, just like there is for the rest of us. Go from there. Find out why you don't have such a good attitude. Maybe there's something going on that's making you sad and you need to address so you can be happy again. But remember not to lose who you are, inside.

Sometimes I'm the same way. I have a few people in my life like that and I know they have a spiritual side to them. Yeah they too have their ups & downs, but they never let it drag their spirits down. Also they are alway open to hear you talk or share their own personal experience with you. So if your having a bad day ask for their support and you'll see and feel a positive energy that will change your bad attitude to good.

Sunny cheerful people probably have the same ups and downs that everyone else has. They just maybe don't talk about the negatives.
Also, some people are just inclined to keep upsetting things to themselves and not share them with the general public.

I don't know how you could be like that. Maybe you are just fine the way you are. Sometimes overly cheerful people are annoying. But then, overly negative people can be a downer too. Just be yourself.

I always say to myself, no point in ruining my day. If something bad happens, I just don't let it get me down. People are different being a happy-camper may not be for you??? But if you want to try, just start with the little things, don't let small things get you down. Start changing one thing a day that usually irks you and let it go. You'll find that it's really not so hard.

Just be yourself. You don't have to be sunny. Sometimes, overly sunny people get on my nerves. However, don't take your bad attitude out on others. Remember to be considerate. Also, when things are thrown at you, you don't have to take it as a disaster. Learn to roll with the punches.

Well, I don't know about them but for me..in 2007 was a long pissy year for me. I was always depressed and negative.

I have been working out for three weeks and I spring out of bed every morning. I feel 100 times better when I work out. You need to get oxygen into your body so it can breath and feel better

This takes time to master if it's not within your nature. With every single situation you have to always try to see the positive side of things.

do like I did, get rid of the things that get under your skin the most be it a person or a thing. And remember this: it isn't the valleys in life that I fear its the dips.
