No, Historically speaking there have always been terrorist. In some part of the world. Maybe not always in the U.S. but there have always been terrorist and fanatics throughout the world.
Ireland
Lebanon
Israel
Many African Countries
Eastern Europe
South American Countries
History will continue to have terrorist, and countries who have personal gains will continue to fund these terrorist.

cus there is always some one else with a demonic spirit to take over there evil job . You can drop and atomic bomb on Iraq and other terrorist countries but there is always someone to take there place.

no matter what Bush and others do there is always gonna be a terrorist group why ?
