1. You can disconnect your computer from the net and do a complete reinstall. He's probably got a keylogger set to email him what you're doing.
2. Contact his employer and explain that you don't appreciate his employees hacking you. Let the employer know who what and where, so the boss can look into the matter.
3. Dump him. What a highly intelligent stalker he is.

Click START, then move arrow over OTHER PROGRAMS then click PC HELP & TOOLS, then click Remote Assistance then you will see the following:
Invite someone to help you
View invitation status (0)
Go see if his name is in there. If it is, just read and you will be able to figure out how to delete him.
If he is not then the next step.
Well, just go and change your email address. Then delete all your other email accounts. Then do not tell bf what email address you have. And do not let him get close to computer. Also, run a antivirus scan on there. He may have a keylogger program on there. A keylogger program is a program that parents run on their computer to see what sites their kids have been on and records what they TYPE and SEE..
I got other tricks. If these do not work email me and I will tell you what to do. Should be fun
Piece of wisdom for the grasshopper. BF that hacks into computer to check on you is jealous one and does not have trust. Does he have to hit you over head, before you get message to leave.

well besides the obvious which would be upgrading to the non-psycho version of boy friend 2007.
#1 first you need to run your anti-virus protection and anit-spyware utilities.
#2 delete all user accounts except for the administrator account (change the password immediately after running spyware, etc) and the ms remote assistance account (which you should disable) and of course your user account (change your password immediately).
#3 go to Control Panel > Admin Tools > Services and disable the service named Telnet
* there are lots of other things to do but they are more technical

Just out of curiosity, do you have a firewall? Worst case situtation.....he has planted a "key logger" on your computer at home. If you have a good firewall, it will tell you when the "logger", or another spyware program is trying to communicate with your nosy bf. If it is spyware spying on you, try using Webroot's Spysweeper to find, and kill it.

1. Unplug the internet on your comp.
2. Uninstall the software he has installed on your comp.
3 Set up a really good fire wall.
It sounds like he installed software that allows him remote acess...uninstall this and you're good, and then make it so you need an administrator password to ever install software again
